Cancellations and Refunds - Refunds won’t be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of your course. If you wish to cancel, please contact Homestead First Aid by emailing on services@homesteadfirstaid.com.au prior to the 7 days of the commencement of your course. Thereafter you will be eligible for a refund on the course (not any other expenses incurred).
Homestead First Aid facilitates learning of nationally recognised courses under the auspices of Healthguard First Aid Training Services, RTO No 21156 - All enrolments, pre learning, online course requirements and certificates of attainment will be issued by Healthguard First Aid Training Services, RTO No 21156.
COVID requirements, if you are ill with COVID19 please do not attend a course and follow the Department of Health’s advice particular to your circumstance. If you are ill with any and infectious please email and we can negotiate a rescheduling.
Please advise of any restrictions / alterations / alternative requirements for - manual aspects such as CPR - vision, hearing, learning concerns etc… - or for any potential restrictions that may inhibit learning, participation or satisfactory demonstrating CPR.
Learners must be proficient (enough) in online learning when this is a part of their desired course, as this method is used in the pre-learning / exam aspect of many courses.

‘Square’ EFT payment on the day is available, this incurs a 1.9% surcharge from square for these transactions. Preferred method is EFT prior to courses.
