FAQ’s and some General Information.

  • Cancellations and Refunds - Refunds won’t be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of your course. If you wish to cancel, please contact Homestead First Aid by emailing on services@homesteadfirstaid.com.au prior to the 7 days of the commencement of your course. Thereafter you will be eligible for a refund on the course (not any other expenses incurred).

  • Homestead First Aid facilitates learning of nationally recognised courses under the auspices of Healthguard First Aid Training Services, RTO No 21156 - All enrolments, pre learning, online course requirements and certificates of attainment will be issued by Healthguard First Aid Training Services, RTO No 21156.

  • COVID requirements, if you are ill with COVID19 please do not attend a course and follow the Department of Health’s advice particular to your circumstance. If you are ill with any and infectious please email and we can negotiate a rescheduling.

  • Please advise of any restrictions / alterations / alternative requirements for - manual aspects such as CPR - vision, hearing, learning concerns etc… - or for any potential restrictions that may inhibit learning, participation or satisfactory demonstrating CPR.

  • Learners must be proficient (enough) in online learning when this is a part of their desired course, as this method is used in the pre-learning / exam aspect of many courses.

  • ‘Square’ EFT payment on the day is available, this incurs a 1.9% surcharge from square for these transactions. Preferred method is EFT prior to courses.
